This is the first Episode in the series. It is the only episode in season 1 that is shared between all POVs. After this episode the story line splits into Morphologis' episodes, CaptainShack's episodes and w4stedspace's episodes.
Story[]
A shuttle flying through a shipyard in the orbit of Earth. 2 passengers are onboard. W4stedspace, the engineer and commander of the federation exploration ship USS Constitution and Morphologis a scientist of the Company who created the Duality Drive. The Duality Drive was installed on the Constitution for a test. W4sted is complaining because the ship is old and he thinks that it can't handle the Duality Drive. Morph is optimistic. They finally arrives at the Constitution. Shack, the captain of the ship is informed and meets them in the engine bay. He talks with them about the plan: Jump to the martian moon Demos, then fly to Phobos and get back with an other jump. The ships seems ready but W4sted is still concerned. Shack is back on the bridge, the clamps are released and the ship gets out of the dock. It's finally the moment of the Jump. But something goes wrong. The ship finish the jump but not near Demos. It's in an unknown system, in the gravity field of an unknown Earth-like planet. The ship is also critically damaged. Various hull breaches, loses of hydrogen, radiation on deck 3 and a lot of casualties. Most of the systems are down and the ship is attracted by the gravity of the planet with no way to stop the fall. The captain opens a communication with the crew and said everyone to abandon the ship. The bridge is evacuated but Shack remains at his console. Morph don't want to leave the ship but W4sted convince him. They run to the escape pods and leave the ship. A few seconds later 2 main explosions divide it in multiple parts. The debris begin to fall on the planet. The bridge is nearly intact but it's falling in the atmosphere with Shack on board.
