After getting shot from an unknown structure the Ultralight was badly damaged and crashed. Shack ,who is sick of crashing, calls R-5 to bring him supplies to repair the airplane. The plane has lost a part of a wing and the engine is nearly destroyed. While Shack tries the hydrogen thruster and takes ice to make new hydrogen, R-5 takes the needed parts and begins his trip to the crash site. R-5 is near Shack' location and he's listening to some music. Then suddenly he sees a wheeled drone. He gets near and the drone start shooting. R-5 escapes but soon after he broadcast a line from Independence Day and rams the drone. The drone falls and R-5 goes away.
Some time later Shack hears music. It's R-5. The captain use is lights to signal his position and the drone try to say him that he thought a giant robot and Megatron has fallen. While they repair the Ultralight, R-5 tells Shack what happened in a bit exaggerated way probably and the only comment is "I don't understand how you took down a Mech warrior, with your face." After the repairs R-5 travels back to the base while Shack gets on the plane and gets back too.
