Not much is know about "The Company", other than that they created the Duality Drive in collaboration with The Federation and under the supervision of their Scientist, Doctor Morphologis. The Company was also responsible for the "Charon Project" which was a mission to terraform and colonize Pluto's Moon, Charon. As of yet, it is unknown if the company will function as either an antagonist, such as Weyland-Yutani from the Alien series, or if they are simply a story building element and therefore unrelated to events on planet Bob.
